Special adviser on the Speilberg film 'War Horse', Andy Robertshaw will give a fascinating insight into the making of a major blockbuster movie as well as unique knowledge about the role of horses in the conflicts of the First World War. Specially arranged for half-term week, this talk will appeal to adults and children of all ages.
This talk is part of Buriton's programme of activities to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First World War.
War Horse is a 2011 war drama film directed by Steven Spielberg – an adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's 1982 children's novel of the same name. Andrew Robertshaw was a special military adviser during the making of the film.
