Bluebell walk was obviously ?meant to be?

Despite days of wet weather, Susan Shone's annual Bluebell Walk at Bolinge Hill Farm took place as planned on Sunday 29th April. And it was obviously 'meant to be'.

Amazingly the rain stopped at 1.45pm for the 2 o'clock start - and the sun even shone as the group of villagers, families and friends strolled along paths not normally open to the public.

Once back at the Farm after a delightful guided walk, everyone was treated to a scrumptious afternoon tea - and cakes galore!

By 5pm, with everyone safely back home, normal service was resumed with rain continuing for the rest of the month!
