Neighbourcare Buriton wants to increase awareness in the services that it offers and now has a page on this website.
The volunteers are members of the community of Buriton who have joined together to help those who would appreciate a little neighbourly assistance.
The group has co-ordinators and a team of local people who are willing to give up their time to help others.
The volunteers undertake a number of different tasks, the most common being help with transport for doctors, dentists or hospital appointments.
Journeys into town for shopping or to get a prescription can also be arranged - and other requests can be considered.
So if you would like to discuss or arrange some neighbourly assistance, give one of the co-ordinators a ring!
