Nestled on a secluded hillside this is a peaceful location. The cottage is fully renovated and tastefully decorated. It has Victorian character but with 21st century comfort and convenience.
It is ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and others seeking to explore this beautiful area of the UK. We are also nearby the popular wedding venues The Tithe Barn Ditcham (5mins) and Manor Barn Buriton (10mins) and Stansted House (14mins). It is the ideal location for walking breaks and is perfectly situated for all events at Goodwood and Cowdray Park.
There is ample off road parking available and secure locked storage facilities for bikes.
We provide the option of a cooked English breakfast at weekends (please check in advance on other days), alternatively Continental breakfast of cereals, fruit juice, toast, tea and coffee will always be available. Special diets can be catered for and packed lunches are available on request. We use high quality produce for our breakfasts and evening meals and source food locally wherever possible. Breakfast can be taken in the dining room or on the terrace in summer.
For people wishing to walk the South Downs Way from Winchester, furthest pick up/drop off is Cocking. By prior arrangement for an additional cost.
