Buriton and the First World War - what was happening 100 years ago?
The latest instalment of this community project reveals what life was like in the parish in April - June 1916 as well as describing the roles played by Buriton men in the preparations for the Battle of the Somme, at the Battle of Jutland and in some of the earliest airborne activities.
