Prestigious Arts & Crafts event in the village hall

Part of the Hampshire Open Studios art trail

Buriton Creatives (plus two guests from nearby) will be staging an exhibition of Arts and Crafts in the village hall on both Saturday and Sunday (16th & 17th August) from 10am to 5pm.

There will be ceramics, fused glass, wood-turning, limited edition giclée prints, lino prints, greeting cards, photography, original watercolours and mixed media paintings, animal portraiture and collage. 

It’s just for one weekend. 

Refreshments will be available.

Buriton Art Trail - Launch evening with George Hardie

A special 'launch event' and preview of the 2019 Buriton Art Trail with guest speaker George Hardie

The taster evening for the Buriton Art Trail is a new venture for this popular annual event, now in its seventh year.

 

Guests will be treated to a glimpse of what the weekend has in store as they enjoy a glass of wine whilst viewing a piece of work from each of more than 25 participating artists.

 

Buriton Art Trail

This popular event returns on Saturday 29 June (2-6pm) and Sunday 30 June (11am-5pm)

Six venues (seven on Sunday) within a relaxed walking distance will once again be open to the public to view the artistic creations of some 25plus artists.

There will be work from professional and amateur artists including prints, paintings, pottery, leather work, sculpture, glass work, needle felting, knitted and crochet items and patchwork.

Some venues will have demonstrations of arts and crafts taking place and on The Green, visitors will be able to try their hand at some clay work.
