The 'Films in Buriton' team has arranged an entertaining season of films for the autumn of 2023 - but it warns that this season could be the last unless attendances increase: recent shows have not been financially sustainable.
As usual, the films will be shown in Buriton Village Hall near Petersfield with doors opening at 7pm and performances starting at 7:30pm.
Refreshments are available before the film starts at every show.
Tickets cost £5 each - available on the door - and bringing the correct can be really helpful.
If you have any particular views on types of films or a certain film that you may wish to see, please inform those on the committee and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Anyone who would like to attend any of the performances but has problems getting to the village hall or simply does not like the idea of going alone or returning to their home in the dark after the show - just contact any of the committee members and arrangements can be made.
The films arranged for the autumn of 2023 are:
- Friday 13 October: The Un-likely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry
- Friday 8 December: What’s Love Got to Do With It ?
