Ideas towards living more sustainably and saving some money
Buriton’s Pollinator, Nature and Climate Care groups are in contact with other local groups including villages between Petersfield and Midhurst who are encouraging people to join them by taking a step or two towards living more sustainably, and maybe saving some money, by giving their ‘Tweak of the Month’ a try.
The Tweak of the Month for April 2023 is about saving money from our transport costs and reducing travel pollution.
The ideas provided encourage us to make one less car journey each week (by sharing with someone else, planning our journeys better or using public transport, walking or cycling) and to think carefully before flying.
As the organisers stress: a lot of people doing a little still adds up to a lot!
